Role Description :
Divisional Control Office (DCO) team ensures that the division operates with high levels of integrity. DCO is responsible for supporting the business by developing, implementing and maintaining a risk culture to ensure a strong and sustainable business control environment whilst minimizing risk arising from non-financial risk factors. DCO strategy includes improving the risk management information and strengthening the governance and risk culture.
You will join a small team of IB & CB Central Front to Back team to support the delivery of key overarching priorities of the management board area, namely:
Front-to-back (F2B) alignment of our technology, operations and other infrastructure functions to our business enhancing our controls supporting our client strategy

Your key responsibilities:
• Work with Business Management team with a specific focus on financials, strategic priorities, Exco facilitation and risk & control
• Involved in workforce mgmt. & administration activities to ensure timely submissions and providing management updates
• Build and maintain program and project plans along with financial tracking by leveraging firm’s standard portfolio management platform Clarity
• Project setup in Clarity including benefits, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, etc
• Proactively monitor upcoming milestones and ensure appropriate actions are underway e.g. dependencies are managed, deliverables are in progress, benefit capture mechanisms are in place along with regular reporting to management
• Advise programme and project teams on the best setup and how to manage dbClarity to ensure appropriate granularity of information is provided while minimising unnecessary overheads
• Close collaboration with other parts of CB, IB, and CB IB Central as well as other relevant stakeholders (e.g. Divisional Finance & Strategy Teams, etc.
