Administrative support: Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, data management, and vendor relations Customer service: Provide customer service or act as a receptionist Process improvement: Identify ways to improve processes, such as defect analysis and quality improvement Communication: Communicate with internal and external suppliers Safety: Identify and address safety hazards, and coach associates on how to work safely Reporting: Track and report on metrics such as labor hours and associate performance Training: Train associates and ensure they comply with standard operating procedures
