Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate – Commercial / Enterprise / Private Clients to support end‑to‑end P&C insurance operations, focusing on policy servicing, renewals, and endorsements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day‑to‑day insurance operations activities
Hands on experience/exposure to processes such as Certificate of Insurance would be preferred
Process pre‑renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Communicate effectively with internal teams via email
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality, and compliance standards
Eligibility & Skills:
1+ year experience in Insurance Operations (P&C preferred)
Basic Insurance Certification – Good to have
Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven
Comfortable working in US / UK shifts
Willing to work flexible shifts or weekends if required
