KRA
∙ Make outbound sales calls and emails to generate fresh clientele.
∙ Promote continued dialogue and the development of relationships with current customers, responding to their questions and concerns with the highest professionalism.
∙ In the specified platform or document management system, maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
∙ Assist customers with document collecting and submission as their main point of contact during the loan request procedure.
∙ Prior to submittal, carefully evaluate the borrower's accompanying papers to make sure everything is accurate and complete.
∙ Obtain and carefully examine loan documents, order to make sure that all essential information is presented in compliance with industry norms.
