We are Hiring an Associate & Sr. Associate for International BPO for US Campaign for Lead Generation.
Salary: Best in the Industry
Designation: Associate & Senior Associate (International Voice Process)
Shift: Night
Shift Timing: - 7 Pm to 5 Am (Sat & Sun Fixed off)
Location: S.G Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Education: - Under Graduate/ Graduate
Employment Type: - Full Time, Permanent-0nsite
DEPARTMENT MISSION:
To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
To approach targeted business clients actively Set a pipeline and source new leads until getting them started. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
AUTHORITY:
Direct contact with Customers
Proposing sales and strategies
RESPONSIBILITY:
Achieve forecasted sales goals
Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
Set demo session with the potential customer to convert
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain the relationship
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
On-board customers and keep the communication alive
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensure to abide by the rules and policies of the organization.
In addition to the above main responsibilities, the Lead Generator will be required to undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to the job role
REQUIREMENTS:
Fresher’s or 1+ years of sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, etc...
Fluency in English is required.
