Inviting applications for the role of PA, Banking and wealth Management – Domain Trainee
You will work with operations managers to understand contractual commitments, customer priorities and further roles and responsibilities
Responsibilities
Performing transaction processing and review against set standard operating procedures.
Investigating and resolving any request mismatches in the system or reject/return as per agreed procedure.
Identifying areas of opportunities from process accuracy and improvement standpoint
Taking actions basis, the monthly trends identifying from defects/error
Responsible for delivery process training
Performing process controls and report out
Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors.
Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting/ year-end reporting/ ad hoc reporting.
Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager.
Complete any other job-related tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
