Job description: Process Associate Looking for a Process Associate (BPO)Interview Location : A 37, Sector - 60 Noida.Nearest Metro Station : Noida Sec - 5+Timings for the same will be at 3.30 PM - 6.00 PM. ( Monday to Friday )Your Impact as a Process Associate : - Customer Service through calls, Chats & emails- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels- Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation- Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up- Identify, share and support operational improvements- You Bring Knowledge & Expertise Required ExperienceExperience : 0- 2 yrs- Excellent communication skills- Should be flexible to work in Night Shift- Proficient in computer usage and Basic knowledge on MS Office- Defined career roadmap which offers growth opportunitiesQualifications :Education : - Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc & BSc IT (Except Stats, Maths Hons & Eco Hons)- Undergraduate /Graduate (ref:updazz.com)
