Process Associate ITP - Pune

The Process Associate will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes and controls from a GBS Centre as described in the S&N Finance Accounts Payable (AP) taxonomy and in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
What will you be doing?
Knowledge and understanding of the Procure to Pay process.
Experience in dealing with counterparts from across the Globe.
Hands-on knowledge of payments process, clearings, vendor open items, vendor reconciliations
Monitor and resolve aged GRIR/GRNI, Blocked Invoices (MRBR), GIT, and PPV.
Prepares proposals for payment runs, wire transfers, and manual transactions to ensure accurate and timely supplier payments, remittances, and bank clearing.
Maximizing on-time payment
Minimize duplicate and overpayments, minimize un-utilized credits.
Knowledge of different payment methods
Invoice processing Knowledge would be an added advantage.
What will you need to be Successful?
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree: B.Com / M.Com.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working for International BPO / BPM.
Good English communications skills written and verbal.
Having Strong Knowledge of Payments, AP and Invoice Processing, Strong analytical skills, and detail oriented, Strong MS Office skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Working knowledge of SAP, etc.
Flexible to work in shifts.
