We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Order to Cash
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated). In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a good team player.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to O2C domain
• Issue and review draft billing and if correct, submit to appropriate account contact for approval.
• Prepare live client billing including any support documentation and send to client.
• Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
• Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like sales, Operations, Credit teams) for issue resolution.
Client & Internal Relationships:
• Support Manager in preparing and delivering work to clients and colleagues.
• Work closely with internal teams as needed, including managing discrepancy process with account/media teams.
• Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner
Strategic Thinking:
• Ensure key information is provided to team regarding any issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
• Demonstrates active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time
• Takes clear ownership of assigned tasks
Communications Skills:
• Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
• Writes in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
• Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
• iSpeak should be minimum 6.5
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• B.Com graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)
• Relevant work experience in Order to Cash, preferably in Media Industry
Preferred qualifications
• Very Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Preferable to have practical knowledge of Media Ocean, MS Dynamics - D365, Netsuite, Nexelus.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals
