We are Hiring for BPO
Post - Process Associate (International Voice)
Location - Jaipur
Salary - 20 to 35k + Lucrative Incentive
Eligibility - Graduate (Min), Preferred M.Com /B.Com
Experience - 6 month to 2 Years
Shift - Night ( 7 pm- 4 am)
Responsibilities:-
Reaching out to new sales leads over phone/email
Coordinating and following up with existing clients regarding deal queries and general relationship building
Updating client interaction data into system/sheet
Act as a single point of contact for clients for a loan through its document collection stage
Reviewing borrower documents and uploading online
Collect and review loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
Skills :-
Candidates with minimum 6 months to 2 years of international voice experience will be given high priority
Candidates with US loan experience can apply
Candidates with international sales experience can apply
Candidates with excellent communication skills/ interpersonal skills are only preferred
Candidates should be ready to work in night shifts
Freshers with excellent communication can apply
