TrueAlly Services Pvt Ltd is a healthcare KPO based in India with operations in Haryana and Kolkata, specializing in Behavioral Health services for the US market. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Doctor's Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the doctor to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and attention. Your responsibilities will include performing administrative tasks, assisting with patient exams, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for helping others. Take patient vitals, record patient medical history and chief complaint. Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding test results and other matters. Communicate with patients regarding medication instructions and other medical concerns. Onboarding and registering new patients to the practice. Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical charts and entering data into electronic health records. Provide support to the doctor in completing administrative tasks as required Other duties as assigned. Benefits: Medical Insurance Sum insured of Rs. 5,00,000 (Five Lakhs). Coverage extends to up to 5 dependents, including spouse, mother, father, and 2 children under the age of 18 years. For further policy details, employees can refer to the insurance portal. Accidental Cover The company will provide accidental cover to employees, offering financial protection in the event of accidental injuries or disabilities sustained during the course of employment. Equipment Provision Employers will provide employees with necessary work equipment such as laptops/desktops and headphones to facilitate efficient work performance and communication.
