Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Event management: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the upcoming conference, including coordinating with attendees.
• Communication: Handle communications with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional correspondence via email and other channels.
• Content creation: Draft and edit content for event-related materials such as invitations, promotional content, and post-event summaries.
• On-site coordination: Provide on-site support during the event, ensuring smooth execution and handling any logistical issues that arise.
• Follow-up: Assist in post-event follow-up, including sending thank-you emails and gathering feedback from attendees.
• Reporting: Compile and present regular updates to the team on the progress of event preparations and execution.
• Miscellaneous: Handle any additional tasks related to event management as assigned.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents related to the event, including schedules, agendas, and contact lists, using MS Office tools.
About Company: Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) is a premier sugar organization in India. It is the interface between the government and the sugar industry (both private and public sugar mills) in the country. The prime objective is to ensure that the functioning and interest of both the private and public sugar mills in the country are safeguarded through conducive and growth-oriented policies of the government.
ISMA is the oldest industrial association in the country which was established in 1+32. India entered the sugar export market for the first time in the year 1+57 which was entirely on the initiative of ISMA. Since then ISMA has been at the forefront of sugar export in the country, spearheading export initiatives for the industry.

2. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain event timelines, including critical milestones and deadlines for tasks such as event promotion, registration, venue setup, speaker coordination, and marketing initiatives. Monitor progress against timelines and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, audio-visual, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of event-related processes and deliverables.
