Sara Hospitality is an award-winning supplier of Stone, Cabinets, and Furniture for the Hotel industry in the US. The company's headquarters is in the US, it has its operations spread across USA and India. We are looking for an energetic BDA to help drive our sales and grow the business.
You will attract new clients and build solid relationships while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
Location:
Pratap Nagar, Jaipur
Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday
Shift 1st timing: 4:30 pm-1:30 am IST
Shift 2nd timing: 8 PM- 4 AM IST
Responsibilities
• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Become a subject matter expert on our product line and have meaningful dialogue with clients
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Ability to connect with our Production Team to solve client's technical requirements related to our products
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

• Subject Matter Expert:
Learn product line and become a subject matter expert on products Sales Opportunities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and funnel systems Set up virtual meetings with potential influencers
• Client Interactions:
Follow-up, make outbound calls, provide estimates, and manage emails Phone management:
Receive incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member
• Email Management:
Check and respond to emails
• Pre-Qualify Opportunities:
Follow the checklist to identify which opportunities in the funnel to bid on.
• CRM:
Using CRM to stay organized and stay on top of all deal flow.
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any technical field (BTECH, Computer Science, Architecture, etc.)
OR MBA preferably in Sales & Marketing
Preferred Sales experience in US B2B
0-5 years of experience in Sales
