Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Accounts Payable
In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior Accounts Payable experience. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a standout colleague.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for activities in a specific sub-process example:
•Vendor master
•Invoice processing
•Payments
•Helpdesk etc.
•Maintain the daily snapshot of volumes or able to maintain the pending report from workflow
•Ensure adherence to Monthly calendar (processing cut-offs and payments)
•Ensure quality adherence (invoice processing, quality of queries, accuracy of payments, helpdesk management etc.)
•Adhere and update the ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ as agreed with the client
•Proactively Identify process pain points and collaborate with the quality team / supervisor to come up with lean idea
•Actively collaborate/ communicate with internal and external teams
Key Skills:
•Adequate experience in PTP sub process (Invoice processing, Vendor Master, payments etc.)
•Comfortable working in Night Shifts from Noida Office
•Exposure to ERP (SAP / Oracle etc.)
•Exposure to MS office (Excel, Outlook, word etc.)
