Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Infrastructure & Logistics
In this role you will be able to provide administrative support for a range of services ensuring the maintenance of facility. Possess sufficient knowledge and initiative for handling crises management situations
Responsibilities
• Should be able to efficiently handle the stores and able to maintain store inventory etc.
• Ensure that site should be maintained and take the regular facility rounds to ensure the cleaning and hygiene as per the company standards.
• Should be able to connect with all employees in the premises and provide redressal and solutions within acceptable time and resources.
• Efficiently manage ground staff and their functioning through the various junior leaders like supervisors in chain.
• At all times ensure at all costs, highest standards to integrity, propriety and adherence of conduct as defined by Genpact Standards
• Generate MIS through MS excel, pivot tables, lookup formulas and other excel formulae.
Vendor Creation & Modification
• Receiving the request from users to create supplier/s
• Checking all required documentation and approvals are present as per defined SOP’s
• Creation of the vendor profile on the Oracle and FMRE tools.
• Maintenance of the metrics related to Vendor creation.
• Vendor checking of statutory documents as part of Vendor Pre-Qualification
• Management of a centralized repository in a structured manner
• Following up with stakeholders for necessary documents at recurring frequency
• Managing & guiding stakeholders for their Procurement related queries.
• Reverting to queries within stipulated time frame.
Additional Duties: -
• Documentation and maintenance of excel based tracker on daily and real-time basis
• Resolves queries timely and accurately with in TAT
• Support team members and actively participate in team discussions and meetings
• Self-motivated person and handling independently assigned task
• Support during an audit in making the information available
• Reporting
• Data analysis and publishing of dashboards.
• Generate MIS through MS excel pivot tables, lookup formulas and various other formulas.
• Provides MIS reports to manager/teams and publishes Dashboards as per prescribed frequency
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate from a reputed institute with relevant experience in field of multi discipline assignment related to infra and logistics management in Corporate/Government environment.
• Proven ability in planning, track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems.
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
