Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Invoice to Cash (Cash Apps Representative)
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
• Daily Cash application
• Manage electronic & Manual client payments
• Reconcile unapplied accounts
• Customer open credit Inquiry and Dispute Management
• Business to Business credit calls
• Closing month end account ledgers
• Understanding of creation of SOPs
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
• I-Speak -6.5+
• Meaningful Experience in Order to Cash domain.
Preferred qualifications
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communications and writing skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
