Responsibilities
• Proactive, effective communicator with strong customer service skills. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Prior experience of processing transactions on any of the major HRIS e.g. SAP , Oracle etc . Prior experience on Workday is huge plus .
• Prior experience of working and managing case on any of the major case management tools
• Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, ability to move fast and with high accuracy
• Solutions-driven and detail focused. You understand and are energized by the impact of ensuring employee needs are constantly met.
• You take pride in delivering timely and thorough service with outstanding follow-up, and are laser focused on execution
• Familiarity with Google Suites is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant experience in HR function preferably in HR Outsourcing in activities like onboarding , employee data management , employee queries etc for US based processes
• BA/BS degree, with a strong academic track-record, preferably in Business or HR
• Experience in HR Outsourcing in HR Operations / HR shared services / HR Generalist function with exposure to end-to-end HR function for US based processes
• Ability to travel to regional offices around 15% of the time
• People / HR experience or PHR certification
• Empathetic and engaging. You connect well with employees and understand their needs. You have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Solutions-driven and detail focused. You believe there’s a way you can solve any challenge. You understand and are energized by the impact of ensuring employee needs are constantly met. You take pride in delivering timely and thorough service with outstanding follow-up, and are laser focused on execution.
