CTC Budget - 15 lpa to 18 lpa
• Eligibility
~Min Graduate or above
~Min 2-4 yrs into Process Excellence/ Quality as Asst Manager/ Manager
~Overal 8-15 yrs into International BPO Customer Service Process Excellence/Quality Background
~Completed Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt mandatory)
~Handled/Completed multiple Lean/Six Sigma projects for Process Excellence
~Excellent Communication Skills
~knowledge of various tools such as Minitabs, kaizen, DMAIC, business process mapping, flow chart, control chart etc
General Process Shifts / Weekends Off
