Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time , will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

This role will be responsible for driving Process Transformation within Procurement within BX India and collaborate with multiple work streams across locations to jointly lead and deliver tactical and strategic services and programs to support the Procurement Transformation agenda.
The role has a special focus around identification and program managing the opportunity across Sourcing and Supplier Management from system, control and data standpoint for Procurement TC
The role holder will work with senior stakeholders across Procurment UK and India (TC 18) to help drive and deliver multiple transformation initiatives for efficiency creation, working along with Technology partners.

What will you be doing?

The role holder will be the Process Transformation partner for Procurement to drive opportunities across the following:

• Coupa

• Process Unity

• iCertis

• Celonis
The role holder will be leading key program deliverables linked to operational delivery of easy click buying, creating efficiency by re-engineering front to back source to pay journey, simplifying procurement engagement & contract compliance. The role requires the following:

• Provide consulting support to solve for strategic and operational business problems for all domains within Procurement leveraging Process Mining and Transformation methodologies and assets.

• Work to drives continuous improvement projects and interact with stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives. This team is responsible for breaking down the end to end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities.

• Define KPIs and create dashboards using Process Mining tools

• Provide technical expertise on control automation in line with procurement policy and procedure standards
The Process Excellence team focuses on developing and implementing a strong foundation of processes, systems, measurements and controls that can help deliver high performance consistently. The team is responsible for delivering the articulated value proposition to drive high-value outcomes for Procurement, proactively identify key issues because of which there may be any escalation from stakeholders. The team typically works on Six Sigma and Lean projects.

What we're looking for:

 Relevant procurement Sourcing and Supplier management experience
 Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed.
 Process mapping and identifying nonvalue add steps to create lean and agile processes.
 Understanding of key customer processes such as Source to Pay, Request to Order, Procure-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Framework etc
 Good domain knowledge of the following Procurement areas – Sourcing , Supplier Management and Operations
 Lean project delivery experience - value stream mapping/ opportunity identification (specifically in Procurement processes)
 Experience working with Project and Contract management systems ( Ariba, Process Unity, iCertis), Procurement systems ( Coupa etc) data extraction, data analysis, reporting etc.
 Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data, draw conclusions and build strategic insights based on quantitative and qualitative data
 Clear and concise communication – conduct interviews, participate in workshops/trainings and present recommendations
 Good stakeholder presence – interact and build relationships with clients/ senior stakeholders and other team members
 Analytical Thinking - ability to perform detailed, quantitative analysis and research (primary and secondary). Synthesize and present insights and recommendations from data
 Logical structuring – structured approach to problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis of client problems
 Professional experience in Consulting / Corporate Strategy / Business function teams of companies, in the domain of process transformation – including process modelling, process mining, business decision management and to-be business processes development
 Analytical and Hypothesis driven problem-solving approach, process and operations analysis, processing and analysis of large financial and non-financial data sets
 Proficient in data management, data extraction, data transformation and data analytics; ETL and SQL skills will be an advantage to deliver process mining projects
 Experience of working with data and visualization tools ( Tableau, QlikView, Celonis etc.)
 Experience in documenting and simulating complex business decisions via decision model diagrams

Skills that will help you in the role:

 Post Graduate qualification / or equivalent
 High experience of project/ program management in strategic programs
 High experience on data insights and process insights
 Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the UK,US) and / or interacting with Global stakeholders across business processes such as P2P, OTC etc.
