Domain : Healthcare domain, US health,HLS domain
Key Responsibilities :
• Planning & execution of the transformation strategy and roadmap for strategic initiatives
• Innovating new products / services within the technological sphere of new age trends also driving for execution leveraging RPA tools like Automation Anywhere and working closely with the development team
• Contributing to the delivery of change incubation, anticipating organizational needs and developing implementation plans
• Managing relationships with external contractors and consulting project resources as necessary
• Defining the delivery roadmap, including input into the budget
• Managing end-to-end life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities also post production management
• Designing and executing a monthly delivery forecast across the service lines
• Identifying new opportunities within existing category to grow market
Desired Skills & Competencies :
• Ability to handle, escalate & resolve queries in a timely manner
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts
• Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
• Strong client relationship building skills
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
Ideal Candidate :
• At least few years of experience in evangelizing, innovation, setting up new lines of businesses in technology environment preferred
• Strong Knowledge in Automation (RPA, MI, AI and cognitive is a plus)
• Experience in managing projects, controlling scope, delivering on time / on budget, managing a team, reporting status, managing issues
• Travel readiness and exposure to international locations
• LEAN and Six Sigma Black belt certification is mandate
