Process Improvement Specialist - Logistics

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Team Lead in a 3P managed perishable HUB. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the launch of the facility, managing daily operations, and ensuring customer-facing metrics are met while maintaining cost targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process management, quality control, and team leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required; 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
