Key ResponsibilitiesField Service & Maintenance
• Install, commission, and start up process instrumentation such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, analyzers, and control valves.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of field instruments and control systems.
• Carry out loop checking, calibration, validation, and functional testing of instruments and control loops.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument faults, signal issues, and communication problems (HART, Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, etc.).
Control Systems Support
• Support DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems during commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Interface field instruments with control systems and ensure proper configuration and documentation.
• Assist in upgrades, retrofits, and system expansions.
Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and maintain calibration records, service reports, test certificates, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, plant procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC, ISA, ATEX, SIL).
• Follow lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) and permit-to-work systems.
Customer & Technical Support
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Train customer personnel on operation and basic maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding findings, recommendations, and service actions.
Health, Safety & Quality
• Adhere to HSE policies and promote safe working practices at all times.
• Participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Ensure service activities meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,087.10 - ₹50,000.00 per month
