· Monitoring Process metrics for a particular product, Also initiating new process changes
· Ensuring Digital penetrations and Digital Workflows
· Ensuring timely MIS generation for tracking of key management objectives for the Segment
· Support to Line credit teams and act as an enabler in achievement of the objectives
· Reviewing and ensuring adequate documentation for all processes relating to the products being managed

Projects – Digital Initiatives
New projects in area of process improvements / better TATs / simplification / improving productivity from time to time as required by the business during the course of the year. Innovation and Digitization of processes which would further our objectives on Cost/Productivity/TATs and thereby customer satisfaction.
Process documentation to ensure accurate implementation of the Credit policy
To synchronise with the Business & Policy Team to implement efficient processes & systems to increase business with policy adherence.
Drive down cost of processing
Modifications/ Enhancements to the systems, to improve efficiency.
Reduction in wastage during loan processing
Identifying & Monitoring Non-compliances in processes to enable Cost Savings & reduced wastages
Meeting of management objectives in the form of number metrics set for the year and demonstrate continuous improvements in the metrics
· Publishing weekly and monthly reports.
1) Publish reports as per timelines set
2) Maintain trend lines for all monitored metrics
3) Educating locations on methodology and solving queries
4) Driving improvements in the National numbers for all metrics
Educational Qualifications
Key Skills
Graduate with Experience.
· Good Data analysis skills – Proficiency in Excel
· Good Presentation & articulation skills – Proficiency in Power point
· Eye for Detail
· Ability to grasp and understand new concepts (processing models / business models)
· Ability to develop professional Inter personal relationships with peers and seniors across functions
· Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for project delivery within time-lines
· Understanding of the arranging Mobile App scenario
Experience Required
· Min 5 years of experience in Retail Assets, overall 8-10 years of experience
Major Stakeholders(intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties
· · Retail Policy team – Product Risk managers for PL, SEP / BL / Edu Loans / CD
· Retail Asset Operations – CPU and Branch Process / Control Unit
· Product management team – Product Heads for PL / BL / Edu Loans / CD and product managers in the various roled within product team
· Retail Credit Line teams – RCMs, ACMs managing Unsecured, CD
· Central RIC Team
