Job Description
• 1) Process Management a) Process development for all respective liability, asset and payment products along with new products / projects launch which will be rolled out from the channel as per guidelines from senior management.
• b) Designing the flow with clear visibility on Roles and responsibility of all Stake Holders.
• c) Setting up the process for BF and BC life cycle management and preparing and addendum on the same whenever changes are required.
• d) Coordinating with respective product team to understand the current process flow for various products and customizing the same as per the channel requirement.
• e) Streamline the existing process for various products, stitching the process for New product launched as per guidance from senior management.
• f) Checking that TAT of various products are in line with the bank policy with QIG team and highlighting exceptions to the seniors.
• g) Preparing CN and following up for required approvals from ISG, Audit, Compliance and Product Teams.
• h) Preparing CN for the process which are required to be customized as per the requirement of various CBC on-boarded.
• i) Checking all regulatory requirements are met as per inputs received from Audit and compliance team while designing the process and informing senior management about any exception observed.
• j) Regular updation of CBC portal of the bank with relevant process notes k) Initiate changes in the process / documentation due to changes in Regulatory guidelines.
• l) Engaging with CSC ops team on a monthly basis to ensure that payouts due to the CBC are processed as per defined timelines by operations team and resolving any discrepancies highlighted by CBC, along with respective product and ops team.
• m) To review circulars released and check if any changes are required in the process.
• Further keeping senior management updated about the same.
• n) To ensure monthly reporting to senior management on all critical points.
• o) To Release global mailer at periodic intervals for RBB team and channel team related to CBC process.
• p) Document process ensuring they are aligned to the extant internal and external guidelines governing the business.
• q) Try and make process customer centric without compromising on risk and compliance guidelines.
• r) Identify and highlight control gaps initiate remediation and validation without compromising unduly on customer service s) Active participation with Product and Business
