Business Process (Support channel in meeting Bank objectives) Take up new projects for implementation. Design and implement seamless processes after discussing with the relevant stake holders. Raising BRDs for System Enhancement. New process creation for business casesBranch Process(Streamlining process to improve acquisition of Savings account) Streamline existing process at the branches Taking feedback from channels to ensure that the processes are working to the benefit of the customer Simplify processes basis feedback received Coordination with CPU to understand and improvise the any process related issues. Process Development & Enhancement Raising concept notes for system enhancements. Prepare concept notes to streamline branch and operational processes. Project development for digitalization and cos savingComplaint Management To respond to queries raised by branches Respond to complaints received from regulators, customers & channels Follow up with branches to ensure that the complaint is resolved/addressed within the TAT Analyze top 5 areas of complaints, so that the complaints arising out of Top 5 areas are reduced Ensure closure of complaints logged in CRM-Next by branches / other units of the bank. Regulatory Projects Initiate changes in the process / documentation due to changes in Regulatory guidelines. Compliance reporting through CERMO Concerns raised by regulator to be addressed. Customer Communications Customer communication in relation with any new process. Monitoring website contents, review & update it on regular basis.
