Job Description
Space & Infrastructure Continuous co-ordination with line teams for planning additional space for future manpower in line with business projections for the year.
Co-ordination with line and central Infra team and branch banking team for Banks upcoming new branches and reconciling our space requirements in line with the same.
Ongoing analysis of existing work stations availability of Agri team vis vis new space requirements at existing locations.
Further co-ordinating between line team and Infra team to cater to the requirements by arranging necessary approvals after rationalizing the demands as per Bank norms.
Providing support to line team to actually get the space post approvals and create work stations as per Bank normsB. KDVK Arranging approvals for creating KDVK location as per Bank process.
Taking new requirements of KDVK locations from business teams and rationalizing these demands as per Bank norms. Support in creating such KDVK locations by arranging necessary approvals for necessary requirements under KDVK.
Regular follow up with line business teams for smooth functioning of the KDVK locations. Regular MIS updation of KDVK locationsC.
Managing MIS, Approvals, data / records Maintaining necessary MISs for new locations / existing locations / KDVK locations and other Infra requirements.
Share fortnightly reports on these actionable and maintain MISD. Other Approvals & Actionables Managing requirements of various infrastructure and office equipment approvals for line team like - - Laptop, Chairs, Land line Telephone, renovation expenditure, Air conditioner expenditure, Printers etc.
MIS and record maintenance of these critical approvalsE. Others Any other task assigned by the Bank from time to time as per requirement
