Bluestone is a well-established, high yield tin producer with a strong resource base supporting a mine life in excess of 10 years. The Renison mine is located on Tasmania’s beautiful West Coast between the towns of Zeehan and Rosebery.

Renison is currently experiencing an exciting phase of development, characterised by a robust "Life of Mine Plan" and an ongoing commitment to capital reinvestment. This strategic approach is designed to enhance health, safety, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency. About the role
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are flexible team players capable of delivering and providing a variety of required operational activities in the Processing Plant. Training such as a Cert III in Resource Processing will be provided to assist the successful candidates in achieving the high standard of operational effectiveness required from this role.
Reporting to the Processing Shift Supervisor, this role will see you maintain a safe work environment, demonstrate good understanding and judgement to troubleshoot plant operating problems.
This position is being offered on 7 days on 7 days off, rotating day & night shift roster.
Core responsibilities
Working effectively and efficiently within a team to monitor and operate the processing plant to ensure optimum grade and recovery targets are attained in a safe, economical, and effective manner,
Comply with all statutory requirements and Company Safety, Health and Environmental standards and procedures,
Safe operation of a Forklift and other nominated equipment and machinery as required,
Ability to use minor equipment and hand tools.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have a mechanical aptitude and experience in crushing, grinding, flotation wet gravity & paste plants will be highly regarded. Experience with operating equipment & machinery including forklift, bobcat, excavators, EWP, Canter, IT and other loaders & 4WD’s would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
