Safety Solutions Ltd is growing, and we have a new role available in our Waikato office for a Process Safety Engineer.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the safety of our client's people and facilities in a collaborative environment. A Process Safety Engineer within Safety Solutions may contribute to the company in the following areas:
Process Safety Review support (HAZOPs, LOPAs, Bowties, SFAIRP demonstration)
Provide safety engineering support (Hazardous Area Classification, Consequence Modelling, SCE Verifications)
Work on projects related to process safety studies and safety cases
Support critical control verifications and process safety audits
Support clients with navigating requirements within the applicable jurisdictional Health and Safety legislation plus associated regulations
Travel occasionally to our clients for workshops and on-site work across New Zealand and Australia
ABOUT YOU!
You will have a degree in process engineering (or equivalent), and preferably prior knowledge and experience in operationalising aspects of the Regulatory and Process Safety Management framework
You are passionate about delivering practical solutions and collaborating with clients to bridge gaps in the process safety space
You are an effective communicator and have influencing skills
You are looking for opportunities to develop your skills and understanding the intricacies of a consultancy
You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand
