We are hiring for Process Specialist - Legal Process Outsourcing/ Management for Pune Location.
Job Description:
Qualification: Law Degree
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years corporate/ LPM/ LPO experience
Notice : Immediate to 30 days
Location: Pune
Primary skills:
• Contract Management: Should have good legal aptitude, grasp over the basic legal and contract terminologies and end contract structure, and working experience on end to end of contract management activities
• Fair knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies, global standards, and best practices.
• Should have minimum 2 years corporate\LPO experience, experience in Contracts (Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, and summarization) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient working with CLM applications and computer applications such as MS office suit.
• Exposure to M&A, Subcontracting, Procurement contracts, Deal Advisory will be an added advantage.
Secondary skills:
• Should be able to work under defined KPIs/ SLAs and other parameters and guidelines
• Good analytical skills, reasoning, and logical ability
• Good interpretation and summarization skills
• Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
• Should be able to analyze and draw meaningful information from dispersed set of information
Job responsibilities:
• Depends on assigned project guidelines across contract workflow and end to end contract management including administrative activities to maintain contracts repository.
• Performance towards Project requirements and meet targets and quality parameters.
• Other administrative and operational project related activities
Soft Skill Requirement:
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in a team with deadlines and contribute individually
