Position: Process Technician(A1)
Department: BSA R&D (Test Range)
Requirements
• 2 year of technical or equivalent experience in antenna pattern testing, or 1-3
years of working experience in a radio frequency laboratory.
• Understand the structure and production process of the antenna, including: assembly, TD, IL, RL, ISO, PIM, scan table testing; understand the antenna pattern and GAIN.
• Proficiency in operating Agilent vector network analyzer, and related test equipment and software.
• Willing to work in shifts.
Skills
• Good computer skills, able to understand computer language, proficient in using office software Word, Excel, PPT, etc.; able to use drawing software such as eDrawing\Draft sight.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; teamwork, careful work, proactive, 5S awareness.
• Able to read and write in English; familiar with instrument and electrical equipment maintenance is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Able to install the antenna correctly, operate the near and far field test software to test the antenna pattern, and process the data.
• Able to regularly test the losses of the calibration system and test the GAIN data.
• Able to use AAAP data analysis software to generate 150 sample reports, and generate various required data and reports required by customers.
• Able to assist engineers to test and debug the antenna pattern according to the test requirements.
• Able to regularly maintain related instruments and equipment according to the maintenance list and do a good job of 5S.
• Able to calibrate related instruments and equipment, test system calibration, and trouble shooting.
• Should be able to use all test range related software.
Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in electronics engineering, 2 year of technical or equivalent experience in antenna pattern testing, or 1-3
years of working experience in a radio frequency laboratory.
