Responsibilities
The Process Technician is responsible for monitoring and operating field equipment for all plant systems safely and efficiently, under the direction of the Shift Supervisor or Lead Technician
You will work alongside other Process Technicians to ensure the reliable and safe operation of the plant throughout the shift
You will regularly interface with your co-workers through two-way radios and face to face communication to ensure a smooth operation
You will be working a second shift schedule of 2:00PM – 10:30PM (subject to change), with overtime scheduled as needed
Checks, verifies and documents the proper operation of plant machinery and systems, and report problems to appropriate supervisors on a timely basis (e.g. hourly and daily)
Checks and makes necessary adjustments to appropriate equipment (e.g, pressure levels, motor belts, leaks of any kind, equipment rotation, etc.)
Maintains material handling systems including the transporting and stocking material bunkers using forklifts and skid steers
Performs general housekeeping duties throughout shift
Take immediate actions on any safety hazards and reports them directly to the appropriate supervisors on a timely basis
Assists other plant personnel in any of the three phases of the facility as needed
Maintains company standard safety procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Stay alert while standing or sitting for long periods of time
Work entire shift in basic personnel protective equipment; hard hat, safety glasses, steal boots and hearing protection
Work in close quarters and confined spaces
Climb stairs, ladders, and structures

About The Role

The team at Reworld Fairless Hills is growing! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support expanded operations at our facility in Fairless Hills, PA.
