IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
SHIFT WORK - 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFT PATTERN (4 DAYS ON 4 DAYS OFF) WORKING 7AM-7PM WITH 1 HOUR BREAK.

Heler Foods Packing in Minffordd, North Wales is expanding, and we’re currently seeking experienced Production Operatives to join our team. As part of our growth, we are recruiting for multiple roles within our production team.
In this position, you will work alongside skilled teams to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to train and become multi-skilled across different production disciplines, including slicing, grating, and packing cheese on our various processing lines.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Factory experience is essential – experience in food production or a similar factory-based environment will be highly beneficial.
Ability to operate production lines in accordance with relevant Safety and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.
Excellent attendance and punctuality – reliability is crucial.
The ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
A strong work ethic: efficient, reliable, and trustworthy.
The ability to perform online quality checks and adhere to quality standards.
