We have an opening for Kolkata locations for the "Process Trainer" position in a reputed MNC company.
Qualification - Graduate
Experience - 1+ years
Salary -- up to 5 LPA
Job Location - Kolkata
Shift - 247 (rotational)
Week off - 1 day rotational
Notice period - Immediate
Desired Skills ---
Languages – English, Hindi (Mandatory); any other languages shall be an added advantage
Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment with 6 days of working
Good MS Office skills
Exposure to Chat & Compliance Management shall be an added advantage
Should not fall under any disciplinary grids in the past 6 months
Responsibility:
Deliver product training for New Hires in the Chat/Complaint Management and Voice Lines of Businesses
Design training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality
Knowledge management for the process
Maintain MIS related to all training batches
Keep up to date with the product/process knowledge
Accountability for 0 – 30 days batch performance
