JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Should have experience of working as a Trainer in BPO for minimum 1 year
• Should know Throughput, Certification & Training related terms
• Should be aware of Training KPIs & KRAs.
• Should be well versed with the functions & tasks of Trainer
• Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & 6 days working culture.
• Should have excellent communication skills
