JD for Trainer
• Good Communication skills and fluency in English
• Minimum 2 year experience as a Product/Process Trainer
• Aware of Training method, should have hands-on content creation in the past(PPT/PDF based, etc.)
• Good Knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT
• Should be exposed to Trainer roles like Throughput, FAP, attrition, Ice breaker terminologies
• Some exposure to Soft skill/ Communication Training will be an added advantage
