Process Trainer (BPO)
In this role the candidate will
• Develop bespoke training material and appropriate delivery methods for new hires as well as new initiatives for existing staff.
• Provide inputs for training to assist reducing the learning curve of new hires.
• Identify training needs and devise improvement plans through innovative coaching techniques/refreshers/Classroom Based Training techniques.
• Conduct Product Knowledge Tests on a periodic basis and publish results.
• Develop Training Planner for the year based on the Training Needs Assessment.
• Deliver relevant training program under specified timelines.
• Ensure individual and organization-wide training needs are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with Operations for successful implementation of training modules
• Closely track progress and maintain records of all training activities.
• Monitor trainees’ progress and provide feedback to them and their managers on an ongoing basis.
• To play an active role in training the Trainers.
• Creating reports and training dashboards for client and stakeholders.
