Process TrainerEligibility : Should have 2+ experience as an Process Trainer in International BPO(Voice)Experience in giving Training to New Hire
Design training curriculum using inputs from Operations &QualityKnowledge management for the processMaintain MIS related to all training batchesKeep up to date with the product / process knowledgeAccountability for 0 – 30 days batch performanceAttend TTT conducted by clientsConduct PKT and process refreshers on the floorDesign & Develop training contentCreate monthly Training Need Analysis to identify areas of knowledge gap and follow it up withappropriate refresher plans for the required populationParticipate in calibration of Trainers, QAs and Voice Coaches within the team
