Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct new hire training (NHT) for fresh recruits.

Facilitate process-specific training based on client guidelines.

Training Material Development:

Prepare and update training content, manuals, and modules.

Customize content to align with client processes and industry standards.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Conduct evaluations, quizzes, and mock calls to assess readiness.

Identify learning needs and provide targeted coaching.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track training effectiveness and trainee performance metrics.

Share training reports and feedback with management and clients.

Stakeholder Communication:

Work closely with operations, quality, and HR teams to align training with business needs.

Attend calibration sessions with clients for process updates.
