MNC is hiring Process Trainers for International Voice Process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in giving Training to New Hire.
- Banking experience is mandatory.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining MIS related to all training batches, keeping up-to-date with the product/process knowledge and attending TTT conducted by clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Designing training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality
• Conducting PKT and process refreshers on the floor
• Create monthly Training Need Analysis to identify areas of knowledge gap and follow it up with appropriate refresher plans for the required population.
• Participate in calibration of Trainers, QAs and Voice Coaches within the team
