TNI refresher where the session for Poor Performers -BQ (Bottom Quartile) & MQ (Middle

Quartile)

Refresher Session for product and process to employees for performance improvement

PKT (Product Knowledge Test) completion follow-ups

Audit the calls associates and sharing them real-time feedback to improve the call quality.

Side by side monitoring (SBSM) while real-time chats reading and guiding agents on chat

handling, AHT maintenance, adamant call handling, quick query resolution
