BPO Process Trainer
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Process Trainer to design, develop, and deliver process training programs to improve the performance of our BPO customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop training materials
• Conduct training sessions in a classroom/virtual environment
• Develop and deliver refresher training
• Analyze training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs
• Participate in onboarding process
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 35 years of process training experience
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with classroom and virtual training delivery
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary:
₹11,485.27 - ₹47,52+.85 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
