Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer in New Delhi. The Process Trainer will be responsible for training needs analysis, conducting new hire training, and improving the presentation skills of our associates. They will also need to have strong analytical and communication skills to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and communicate with the management team.
Qualifications
• Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training
• Presentation Skills and Communication Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Communications, or related field
• BPO Industry experience mandate as a trainer
• Minimum 1 years of experience
• looking only Delhi/NCR person.
• Salary up to 4.50 LPA
• Morning shift (Domestic process )
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in customer service or technical support, an advanced degree in Training and development or related field, and experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
