Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Trainer (BPO/Calling) to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting training sessions for new and experienced service center agents, managing the training, and supporting employees to maintain productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Training new and experienced employees.
• Educating employees on process guidelines & procedures to improve their performance.
• Scheduling and conducting training sessions to support new employees.
• Observing and identifying areas of improvement.
• Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
• Auditing calls and providing feedback.
• Ensuring employees maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a BPO trainer, QA, or related role.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
