As a Processing Associate, you will process personal lines data for multiple branches. You will build relationships and provide excellent service to our personal lines teams. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to work towards your career goals.
A day in the life -
Processing personal lines renewals, endorsements, new business and cancellations for multiple branches:
Compare data on documents received from insurance carriers to existing data within client files
Contact with our personal lines sales team advising of any discrepancies
Update broker management system with required changes
Billing of client premiums
Requesting cheques for client refunds
Prepare document packages to be provided to our clients
Provide excellent "customer service" to our personal lines sales teams
Work within a busy office environment and support the team to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

Ability to keep up on frequent changes in the insurance industry as it pertains to the job role
The ability to think outside the box for solutions/problem solving
Level 1 general insurance license or must obtain within the first year of employment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset
Salary Expectations -
The expected salary range for this position is $38,000.00 to $43,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
