We are looking for a talented administrator to join the Domestic Violence Programmes Team as a Processing Officer.
The Processing Officer is as an integral part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality processing functions to the Courts in New Zealand, as well as ensuring that participants have access to support programmes.
The position is non-customer facing and involves data entry, referral preparation and processing, managing queries via email and over the phone, so an individual with experience managing multiple databases would be a good fit for this position. An eye for detail is essential to this position, as is the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $56,343 - $74,416 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
