What You'll Do
Support sourcing engagements across go to market process (RFx), negotiation and contract execution.
Prepare, execute and manage supplier agreements that drive consistency across all contractual, regulatory and risk management decisions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with IAGs internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including understanding, communicating and educating internal stakeholders on all aspects of partnering.
Execute best practice supplier relationship management practices to maximise value generation and improve supplier performance, including monitoring and reporting on supplier performance metrics, risks and issues.
Leverage data analytics and conduct market research to stay abreast category trends and identify risks and opportunities to optimise the category and drive innovation.
Support the delivery of PP Strategy and Vision by contributing to planned priority
deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Analytical thinking ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support the development of category or sourcing insights.
Commercial awareness basic understanding of cost drivers, value for money principles, and supplier dynamics.
Stakeholder engagement confident communicating with internal teams and suppliers at an operational level.
Problem-solving able to break down issues, investigate root causes, and propose well reasoned recommendations.
Planning and prioritisation ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines in a structured way.
Attention to detail accuracy in data analysis, documentation, and compliance obligations.
Learning agility demonstratesa proactive attitude towardacquiringnew procurement, category, or system skills.
