Job Description
We are seeking 2 Executive Level Candidates to join the IFS Shared Services Center on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have prior project management experience, be comfortable with analyzing large data sets, and enjoy working to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate’s initial assignment will be to provide project support on a Financial Services Global Migration project which is expected to run for + months. Key duties as part of this project include:
• Review and evaluate IFS supplier master data, identifying data gaps.
• Engaging with suppliers to obtain required data.
• Update details in IFS supplier profiles.
Upon project completion, the successful candidates will then be assigned to a new project.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate is likely to have/be able to demonstrate the following:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a hands-on role supporting project-based teams.
• Prior experience supporting on technology, finance, or procurement-related business projects is desirable
• Effectively manage and prioritize own workload.
• Takes a logical and systematic approach to overcoming challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
• Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office suite.
Qualifications
Qualified to degree level is desirable.
