Manages the banking and investments relationship of clients and responsible for overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from HNI/NRI/UHNI segment.
• Develops, manages, and expands customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment..
• Identifies current and potential relationship with additional revenue potential and grow business.
• Completes sales targets spread across investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, etc.
• Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial product to current and potential HNI/NRI Relationships.
• Drives higher product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and to increase wallet share with Bank

Introduction:
This role holder will assist the line manager of the Institutional Banking Procurement drive services and manage stakeholder relationship between Procurement and business ensuring procurement services are effectively managed and fully optimised. The role holder is accountable for assisting the line manager for executing Global Procurement agenda within the region for c. £~300m annual spend, supporting for ensuring delivery of services across all the Procurement towers.
It should be noted this role requires not only to support a traditional Procurement management such as implementation of global framework and system, but also requires a lead level when aligning with other functions in Procurement such as Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Operation teams. The role is accountable for supporting line manager for the delivery of procurement initiatives to improve the commercial, process, risk management, and service performance of the supply base across all procurement categories for business units in the APAC region.
This role shall communicate precisely and understand the requirements from key stakeholder, being able to seek solutions swiftly with agility. This role requires analytical skills to interpret data insights with MS Excel skill required at high level.
What will you be doing?
This Role is accountable for:
- Leveraging relationships with business stakeholders in APAC. Supporting client Lead APAC (line manager) to represent Procurement initiatives.
- Assisting line manager to ensure BU/Function and Procurement objectives are aligned. Demonstrate understanding of BI spend and provide inputs on process and Change initiatives.
- Be able to understand quality, commercial impact, risk profile and operational impact of sourcing deals and demonstrate good understanding (be able to pick up quickly) of Sourcing process as well as local requirement.
- Supporting line manager to analyse, escalate, and remediate BI APAC procurement related issues and able to assist seeking effective solution, and drive continuous improvement and simplification.
- Demonstrate or can develop good understanding on local regulatory requirement relevant to Procurement and support line manager for 3rd party risk related activities including local remediation associated with global regulatory changes. This role also needs to support team members from time to time, on 3rd party risk management activities from local regulatory requirements.
- An assisting role to line manager to face off to regulators in case of being required, and work with line manager and Procurement 3rd party risk team to assist on retrieving and reviewing relevant contents, data, and policies.
What we’re looking for:
- Good to have experience within Financial Services in areas like Sourcing, risk, and shared services.
- Self
- motivated, proactively driving things, and detail oriented with accuracy.
- Relevant Years of combined experience in Procurement or related front-to-bank support functions.
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Graduate, and MBA/Post-Grad degree is a plus.
- A 3rd language proficiency (Chinese or Korean) is a plus.
- Project management associated certificate is a plus.
