Job Summary:
The Procurement Coordinator must be from Power Distribution Industry & responsible for supporting the procurement process within an organization by managing the day-to-day tasks related to sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update data related to DI, Inspection, and CTL reports in designated formats to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Organize and manage a database in a specific folder structure to facilitate efficient access and retrieval of information for seamless operations.
· Proactively follow up with vendors to confirm timely delivery of materials to the site and address any potential delays.
· Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
· Update and maintain accurate data on existing and new vendors within the procurement system.
· Assist with drafting and submitting letters as needed, potentially related to vendor & client communication.
· Create and process purchase orders for required goods and services.
· Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Operational Management.
2+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
ERP Knowledge & Negotiation Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
