Job Description
• Order office stationery and supplies
• Submit expense reports.
• Make travel arrangements
• Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts; oversee the invoice workflow, and assist in copying and distributing orders and other internal documents as requested
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Prepare e-way bills and challans for delivery.
• Identify best transport / courier service for dispatch across India & Abroad.
• Process all export formalities and paperwork.
• Handle logistics / dispatch.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
